What I Believe….

I BELIEVE that real estate is more than a transaction. I believe that real estate is challenging enough where an advisor or advocate is needed. Countless clients have asked the questions and I have answered the call. I listen and engineer a calculated response to meeting our client’s expectations. During my real estate career, I have brought to the table an uncanny array of experience for our clients and customers that includes, but not limited to, relocation services from and to a variety of areas, licensed general contracting and construction, land sales and development, individual sales and service for residential and commercial properties. I have become intimately familiar and proficient with the distressed sale process (e.g. Foreclosed Properties, Short sales, etc.) I have been instrumental in assisting clients with understanding local zoning regulations, unified development and improvement ordinances and actively participated with a local County’s Board of Adjustment from the years 2000 – 2021.

I am not motivated by a single listing or sale nor am I “single transaction” broker. However, I am a relationship broker that expects to exceed expectations if offered the chance. By giving my very best and beyond in the sale or purchase of your home or property, it is my desire for you to share information about me with your family and friends. To me that is what it is all about, earning your trust and building relationships. I strive to earn our client’s and customer’s trust by placing their interests above everything. I attribute the success I’ve had to my desire to do more than is expected, by anticipating details or activities that could prove to be beneficial (or detrimental), and most importantly, being uncommon in a common industry.           

I BELIEVE I am far from being a “typical” Realtor! My genuine motivation is to build lasting relationships and to make a difference in the lives of individuals and their families. Not a day goes by that I don’t ask, “How do I continue to grow my real estate practice without sacrificing customer LOYALTY ?” Whether by “stepping it up a notch” or “thinking outside of the box” I have committed to enhancing my ability to serve my clients while at the same time growing my practice. I remain devoted and committed to this ambition.
